"Justifiable Homicide" was mostly written by Ben Briely & Dave Goodman in protest to the verdict given out by the courts, over the death of Liddle Towers who died of internal bleeding shortly after being released from police custody. A re-trial was forced, where the verdict was changed to "Missadventure" but the lyrics of this record exsposed a certain level of "Government Whitewash".
